Summary[]

The Shotgun is a cheap and efficient primary firearm that can be purchased for 2,000$, and must be used wisely to know its great power. Unfortunately, this couldn't be included in R2DA due to the fact, it's what you call OP. I mean, for 2,000$ you see kids spawn-killing these zombies and it can defeat a Tank with no harm done. It even has more ammo the the DB Shotgun and the Wingmaster in R2DA, but less pellets. This is mostly outclassed by the Sniper and they are noticeably the opposite of each other, but our cheap and handy dandy Shotgun will be your friend when it comes to FFA (Free For All) in close range.

Background Information[]

A shotgun (also known as a scattergun and peppergun, or historically as a fowling piece) is a firearm that is usually designed to be fired from the shoulder, which uses the energy of a fixed shell to fire a number of small spherical pellets called shot, or a solid projectile called a slug.

Tips[]

  • This deals more damage Tanks in eight or more shots, making it more efficient than the Sniper for damage. However, the Shotgun is less used than a Sniper once you get your hands on it.
  • The Shotgun reloads one shell per time, but it's shell-intake is quite fast.
  • This can almost instantly kill a player with full health in FFA at extremely close range, and will take more seconds off your DPS. For instance: 30 Damage x 5 Pellets = 150 is done, with 50 ticks left.
  • Although it has a tremendous amount of damage for a starter weapon, the accuracy and spread is horrible.

Trivia[]

  • The Shotgun is probably one of the most bought weapons.
  • This is the first shotgun in-game.
  • The mesh is based off the ROBLOX Catalog's Trench Warfare Shotgun.
